Product Details:

Jalapeno pepper, otherwise known as Chilean pepper, comes from America, specifically from the city of Xalapa in Mexico. These peppers are spicy, but their flavor softens with the length of cooking. The spicier part of the pepper is inside – these are the seeds and white membranes. The red jalapeno is slightly spicier than the green jalapeno.
