Where is our warehouse based?
Our warehouse location is Babtai, Lithuania.
Are provided prices in DAP terms?
Prices given in our offers are EXW Babtai, Lithuania and they do not include delivery charges. All transport costs are calculated individually, accordingly to Customer’s needs and always with the best rates available on the market.
Can packages of the goods be labeled?
As an additional service with extra charge, we provide full service of stickering, repacking and text injection. We can personalize labels to requested size, colour and language version.
What are the methods of shipping?
We organise deliveries to our customers with reliable and verified contractors. We can offer transport by road, sea and air. For selected destinations we can offer quick combined transportation: road + sea freight. We are able to provide both full truck and groupage deliveries of single pallets.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
Usually it takes up to 8 hours for our representative to reply to your request.
What is your lead time?
It depends on the product availability, quantity and packaging request. Please contact our representatives to receive an exact lead time for certain product.
